How it works: Launch Locations helps you close the loop between search and sale
Imagine a shopper lands on your site and clicks into your product search bar. They begin by typing a high-level, general term for what they’re looking for: “jacket”. You have a large catalog, and this keyword search will return hundreds of results. With Launch Locations activated, you can assist the shopper with a more personalized experience and relevant items. After the shopper types in a single keyword, the agent launches with a helpful prompt: “What kind of jacket are you looking for? I can help you find specific types, colors, sizes, and fits.” The search query automatically becomes the first message in a natural language dialogue.
Later in 2026, Launch Locations will include a “Suggested Questions” component for use on PDPs. With the addition of this dynamic feature, a shopper viewing a PDP can get instant answers about product specs, from sizing to fit and feel — in just one click. Ultimately, Launch Locations provides online shoppers the digital equivalent of a white-glove sales associate stepping in at just the right moment to close the deal.

Traditionally, search bars are static — they wait for a shopper to type in keywords and begin a query. With Launch Locations, you can integrate an AI agent into the experience for a richer, more conversational browsing session.
Launch Locations also makes it possible to trigger agent interactions on product detail pages. Historically, if a customer had a specific question about product specs, help was tucked away in a tiny chat window at the bottom right of the screen.
