Wildlife Insights, a vital part of our Agents for Impact Nature cohort, is harnessing Salesforce AI to classify endangered species images, accelerating critical conservation decisions from months to mere minutes. Similarly, CareerVillage leverages agentic AI to deliver real-time, personalized career guidance to underserved students, scaling impact while preserving human empathy.

Take Marissa Herencia-White for example, a dedicated volunteer and Pro Bono Project Manager for Good360. Marissa played a pivotal role in developing an AI agent for disaster response, seamlessly matching donations with communities in urgent need. 

“The AI for Impact pro bono program allowed me to gain hands-on experience with Salesforce’s cutting-edge generative AI solutions alongside a nonprofit organization,” Marissa shared. “It’s an honor to witness our partnership evolve from vision to reality.” Marissa’s inspiring story exemplifies how we empower our employees with essential resources and a supportive community to drive tangible, real-world change.

Sustainable AI: Innovation with conscience
